This is Graphics for Traffic in 60 Seconds bringing you 3 Pinterest Marketing rules you should always follow.
Pinterest is a search engine, so it’s going to take some time for it to start recommending your content.
How your followers interact with your content also plays a role in how soon (if ever) people outside your circle will see your pins.
It can take anywhere from 3-6 months to really start seeing any results from Pinterest, and that’s when you’ve been doing most things right from the start.
We’ve already talked about how important consistency is in your strategy, but this goes hand in hand with being patient.
Since it will take a few months before you really start seeing results, you might feel like Pinterest will never start working for you and want to give up, but you need to push through.
At the very least, schedule out a couple months of pins so you don’t really have to think about Pinterest too much, but you’ll still technically be promoting yourself there.
Work with Pinterest changes, not against
Pinterest is changing all the time and you’re definitely going to need to change up your strategy every now and then.
Whenever a change doesn’t align with your current strategy, don’t try to fight against it.
Your pins may eventually be recommended less and less if you don’t keep up with changes and keep trying to do things the old way.0
